I have been informed about the safety and security information policy for employees at MediaMarkt. I have reviewed applicable safety manuals i.e., Chemical Hygiene Plan, Laser Safety Plan, Radiation Safety Program, Bio-safety Policy, Medical Surveillance Program, etc.,

I will wear the appropriate protective equipment provided by the company to ensure safety me, my coworkers, customers and electronic devices involbed. This may include safety glasses, gloves, guards, lockout locks, interlocks, and preferred clothing such as lab coats, closed toe shoes, and bands to secure hair. I agree to abide by the policy guidelines as a condition of performing ethical and fair service for customers.

I understand that if I have questions, at any time, regarding the the safety and security policy, I will consult with my immediate supervisor or my Human Resources staff members.
